To qualify for our refund policy, you must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Once we receive the returned item, it undergoes a formal quality inspection. If the item is undamaged, we will start the refund process, and you will receive the amount within 5-7 business days.

Yes, Pack the entire kit as it is and Courier it to our address Indian Carpets – Ghosia Aurai GT ROAD Bhadohi UP 221301. You have to bear courier charges. You should return and send a courier receipt to Carpet Planet within 7 working days of receiving your kit.

Prepare your carpet using the original packaging.
After the item reaches our warehouse, we inspect its quality. If it’s in good condition, we’ll start the refund process within 5 days from when we got the item at our warehouse.
You have the option to either make another purchase with the same amount or receive a refund to your bank account.
For orders paid through cash on delivery, the refund will be transferred to your bank account.
For prepaid orders, the money will be refunded to the payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).
Terms & Conditions
We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item or an item different from the website image, we will gladly accept returns within one week of delivery (excluding reasons such as dislike of design or color).
