Yes, Pack the entire kit as it is and Courier it to our address Indian Carpets – Ghosia Aurai GT ROAD Bhadohi UP 221301. You have to bear courier charges. You should return and send a courier receipt to Carpet Planet within 7 working days of receiving your kit.
How do I return a carpet to Carpet Planet within 7 days?

After the item reaches our warehouse, we inspect its quality. If it’s in good condition, we’ll start the refund process within 5 days from when we got the item at our warehouse. You have the option to either make another purchase with the same amount or receive a refund to your bank account. For orders paid through cash on delivery, the refund will be transferred to your bank account. For prepaid orders, the money will be refunded to the payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).

We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item or an item different from the website image, we will gladly accept returns within one week of delivery (excluding reasons such as dislike of design or color). Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Please send back the item within 7 days of receiving it, and make sure it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please don’t use, wash, change, or soil the carpet, as damaged items can’t be returned.
The item should have its original packing, labels, and tags still attached. If the serial number is altered or illegible, it won’t be eligible for return. Once we inspect the item’s quality and it meets the criteria, we will start the refund or replacement process.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We might ask you to send a picture of the carpet to indiancarpets2@gmail.com. After inspecting the returned item, we will replace it at no cost.
For customers in India, the “7 Days Money Back Policy” applies to purchases made within India, but it doesn’t cover custom carpets.
