No Returns or Exchanges
All sales made through IndianCarpets.in are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your carpet arrives with any defect or damage, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Our team will review your concern and assist you accordingly.
Return Shipping Charges
If a return is approved (only for defective items), the logistics/shipping cost of returning the item must be borne by the customer.
